Since 2009 Earlene has been reoccurring as Andrea Carmichael on the hit Fox television show "GLEE" for which she was a recipient of the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series.

Earlene displays a wide range as a performer, singer, and actress with an extensive background in comedy.

She is also a veteran of long running engagements at both the Groundlings, and Acme improvisational theatres, where she wrote, and performed her own original material.

You may also remember her from her many appearances in shows like "The Les Steven's Cocktail Hour", where she was seen for several years as the lovable but drunk Jisselle, singing her memorable yet haunting rendition of "Tammy".
